can be provided on successful completion.
Coaching, like Training, is tailored for your business and designed for Executives through to
Operational Teams Members. Coaching happens 'in the work' and pre-prepared 1-2-1s, and is based around
a structured Maturity Model.
Deployment into an Operational or Leadership team includes elements of: Training, Coaching and Delivery.
This means working as part of the team: role-modeling Continuous Improvement and taking the team
on a journey to self-sufficiency.
Resourcing Continuous Improvement roles on an interim basis to either: fill a gap due to temporary absence or creating capability and
momentum in the early days of a newly established initiative or culture change.
